1. Discuss the similarities and differences between John's and Jesus' ministry. What is the significance of both the similarities and the differences?
2. What is self-righteousness? Where do you fight with remnants of this in your life?
3. Do you ever struggle with seeing God's grace offered to certain people? How do we remedy this struggle?
4. In this passage, we are reminded that both Jesus and John ministered to the unrighteous. In what ways are we doing this on a regular basis? How can we help one another in this?
