Resources on "Same Sex" Marriage

UPDATE: After posting this, I found an excellent resource which more thouroughly did what I was hoping to in putting together a few of these resources. Many of the resources referenced below, and a host of other valuable resources, can be found here: 50 Resources for Equipping the Church on Homosexuality and Same-Sex Marriage)

In the recent sermon I preached on the subject of homosexuality, I did not have time to say much about the issue of "same sex" marriage and the pending Supreme Court decision that would potentially legalize such marriages (many Christians are hesitant to call such a union marriage, which is why you often see the term in quotation marks) as a constitutional right in all fifty states.

We know now that the decision of the court was as expected, and that "same sex" marriage is now a legal reality throughout our country. I don't need to tell you that it has been the talk of the nation. We do not intend to preach another sermon on this issue, but we recognize that it is a major talking-point in our culture, and we want you to be well-equipped to be able to speak into the debate with thoughfulness, conviction and humility.

To that end, here are a few resources we have come across in recent days that might be of help to you:
