High Impact
High Impact is our ministry to high school students in grades 9-12.
Our Purpose at Impact Ministries is to proclaim the glorious truth of Jesus Christ to students and pray
that they get it, love it, and grow.
We meet:
have a fellowship time, worship, and a message. After the message, we have optional worship and then
small group meetings.
- Thursday nights at 6:30 we get together to just have a little fun and get to know each other a little bit better.
- Saturday nights at 4:30 we eat dinner together, pray, and read God’s Word.
At High Impact we long to see
students become followers of Jesus Christ.
We believe that this comes about by a work of God’s Spirit as the Glory of God is seen through
Jesus Christ in the Gospel message. Students today are living in a desert of mindless activities, relative
answers to their deepest questions, ever-shifting examples of morality, inconsistent and self-contradictory
views of the world, and heart breaking, disappointing idols to which they are encouraged to attach their hearts.
In the midst of this desert, they, like all of us, thirst for meaning, truth, and answers to why they feel so broken and
alone and hungry in a world that claims it can meet our every need without God. We do not want to offer them
more of what the world offers, we want to offer them Truth, and come alongside them and their parents to
lovingly point them to Jesus Christ. We will seek to do that through discipling students, through partnering with
parents, and through preaching the Word.
